Quartararo Behind Miller Again as Yamaha Mystery Issue Ends Hungary Race

Fabio Quartararo’s Hungarian Grand Prix collapsed from two different directions at once. A strange handling issue caused by the medium rear tyre not working with the Yamaha V4 led to him cutting the Turn 10 chicane on two separate occasions, earning back-to-back long lap penalties. Quartararo retired with four laps remaining, outside the points after serving both penalties. Jack Miller was top Yamaha in eighth. Quartararo was left without points for a second consecutive race.
