Raúl Fernández secured second place at the Indonesian Grand Prix despite racing with two broken fingers. The Trackhouse Aprilia rider sustained the injuries in Saturday’s Sprint crash with Marco Bezzecchi. He started from pole position and led much of Sunday’s race before Bezzecchi passed him with nine laps remaining. Fernández held on to second, completing a remarkable recovery from the previous day’s disappointment.
