Marquez loses podium fight after grip issues in Brazil race

Marc Marquez said a loose and degrading track surface cost him a MotoGP podium during the Brazil Grand Prix after a late race mistake dropped him down the order. The Ducati rider had been fighting inside the leading group but struggled for grip in the closing laps as conditions worsened at the Goiania circuit.
