Yari Montella secured his second consecutive front row start of the 2026 season at Portimao, completing an all Ducati front row alongside Bulega and Lecuona. The Italian admitted he needs something more despite his strong showing, feeling he left time on the table in Superpole. He had zero front row starts in 2025. Two rounds into 2026 he already has two.
