Alex Marquez said he had no answer for how he managed to win the Spanish Grand Prix after saying on Thursday it would be impossible for him to do so. The Gresini rider put on what MotoGP described as an absolute masterclass to take his first victory of the 2026 campaign. Marquez led almost from lights to flag after passing his brother on lap two, going on to win by over two seconds from Bezzecchi.
