Quartararo Brno FP1 Second Place Rare Positive Yamaha Morning

Fabio Quartararo produced a surprise second fastest time in FP1 at Brno, proving effective on the Yamaha M1 around the old style circuit. Raul Fernandez finished third having secured his Trackhouse seat for 2026, with Joan Mir leading the virtual second row.  A rare bright morning for Quartararo after a brutal run of results. Brno’s flowing, old school layout appears to suit the Yamaha far more than recent circuits have.
